Cleveland offers the full treatment continuum: 45/60-day residential drug treatment at ASAM 3.5, PHP, IOP, mental health services, psychiatry, testing, and LGBTQ+-affirming care. Miami is sober living only—a focused LGBTQ+ recovery residence.
Cleveland recovery housing
A supportive Cleveland home base with daily structure, community, and people who understand that progress is built one day at a time.
Cleveland residential drug treatment
Clinically managed, high-intensity residential drug treatment at the ASAM 3.5 level of care, with 45- and 60-day options and compassionate support throughout recovery.
Cleveland PHP + IOP support
Partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) pathways coordinated with Cleveland substance-use and mental-health care.
Cleveland therapy and mental health
Mental health assessment and treatment, individual and group therapy, and psychotherapy that can include self-acceptance, coming out, and transgender issues.
Cleveland psychiatry
Psychiatric assessment and medication management provided by an in-house psychiatrist at the Cleveland location.
Cleveland HIV/AIDS and STI/STD testing
Confidential Cleveland testing, plus PrEP for HIV prevention and Doxy-PEP to help prevent bacterial STIs.
LGBTQ+ sober living in Miami
Our Miami location at 5951 Northeast 1st Avenue is sober living only: an LGBTQ+-focused recovery residence with community, structure, and belonging. Miami does not offer residential treatment, PHP, IOP, psychiatry, or testing.

For Cleveland treatment programs, we accept all Ohio Medicaid panels, work with extensive private insurance partnerships, and accept VA benefits through the VA Community Care Network for veterans. Miami sober living does not accept insurance; it is self-pay only at $800 per month or $200 per week. If you are unsure what applies, our team can talk through the next step.
