Cleveland admissions information

LGBTQ+ affirming residential treatment in Cleveland, with a clear next step.

B. Riley House offers a Cleveland treatment continuum for LGBTQ+ people and allies, including residential substance-use treatment, PHP, and IOP. Learn what may fit, ask about current bed availability, and take the first conversation at your own pace.

Admissions: 216-417-4831 ext. 101. Availability and fit are confirmed by the admissions team after screening; admission is not guaranteed.

You do not have to explain your identity away to ask for care.

Our affirming approach makes room for LGBTQ+ people, allies, and the questions that come with deciding what happens next.

Know what each option means

Cleveland care, explained plainly.

The Cleveland location offers a full treatment continuum. The admissions team can talk through your goals and the level of care that may be appropriate after screening and assessment.

Residential

ASAM 3.5

Clinically managed, high-intensity residential substance-use treatment in Cleveland. The site currently describes 45- and 60-day residential options.

Step-down support

PHP

Partial Hospitalization Program support coordinated with Cleveland substance-use, mental-health, therapy, and recovery needs.

Outpatient support

IOP

Intensive Outpatient Program support for a structured recovery path alongside Cleveland treatment and behavioral-health services.

Treatment and recovery housing are different.

Residential treatment, PHP, and IOP are clinical treatment services. Sober living and recovery housing are separate, non-clinical housing supports; they are not licensed treatment and do not replace assessment or treatment.

B. Riley House is a state-licensed provider where required, with location- and service-specific details. Cleveland treatment services are CARF-accredited. Ask admissions which service and level of care matches your situation.

Miami is a separate sober-living-only location and is not the destination for Cleveland treatment admissions. Read the recovery housing overview for the distinction between treatment and housing.
